Canada House Returns To The Great Escape in 2014

This year, for the fourth time, CIMA will be staging a CANADA HOUSE at The Great Escape, held at The Blind Tiger Club in Brighton, England from May 8-10 2014.  Once again, we are offering professional packages to CIMA members to attend and participate in professional activities at CANADA HOUSE.

CANADA HOUSE will debut daytime showcases at The Great Escape between 11AM-4PM on May 8^th, 9^th and 10^th, 2013.  All Canada House performing artists are officially selected by The Great Escape in coordination with our partner hosts. CIMA and its partners will stage three brunches -- one targeted matchmaking session on-site, and a bespoke, tailored and targeted networking event in London before the festival on Tuesday May 6^th and/or Wednesday May 7^th, held in central London.

CIMA’s Mission will involve:

• Full access to the Canada House venue for meetings as a ‘home base’.
• Participation in 1 targeted speed-networking event with British and international festival buyers and labels held on Friday May 9th in the Brighton Dome.
• B2B support from CIMA staff and in-market specialists to coordinate meetings and introductions.
• Dedicated hotel booking support through The Great Escape (if needed)
• Venue in prime location, right in the middle of the festival grounds (2 minute walk from the Brighton Dome)
• Access to The Great Escape database.
• Access to discounted TGE registration at £100 + VAT (super early bird rate and first come first served, subject to availability)
• Participation in the Pre-London B2B event (taking place May 7th) subject to availability (first come first serve basis, priority given to one participant per company).
  • CIMA will present a focus on UK Music Publishers
  • Delegates from other countries attending The Great Escape will be invited to the event
  • A reception in a local pub will follow
  • Delegates will receive a complete list of contacts (all attendees, panelists, networkers and audience members)

Business Package Fees:

The cost to participate in these events:

• $300 (CIMA members) or
• $600 (non CIMA members) (if you wish to join CIMA prior to this event please contact trisha@cimamusic.ca)
