Showcase Applications Closed: CIMA's Business & Showcase Mission to Reeperbahn 2017
Applications are now closed for showcase submissions, but companies can still sign up for our Business Package regardless of whether or not they’re accompanying an artist!
Please note: Reps of artists confirmed to play at Canada House will automatically be included in CIMA’s business events.
When: September 20-23, 2017 (Pre-Event in Berlin September 19)
Where: Hamburg, Germany
Pre-Event/Showcase in Berlin: We will also be having a small pre-Reeperbahn showcase and biz event in Berlin on the 19th.
Companies will be invoiced separately once their business registration is complete.

CIMA is excited to be heading back to Germany for Reeperbahn 2017. We’ll once again be hosting a sixth installment of Canada House and presenting showcases. This is a fantastic opportunity to access the 3rd largest worldwide music market and Reeperbahn attracts thousands of artists and music industry professionals from across the globe. This year Canada will be the focus country, which will mean more showcase spots and exposure this year for the selected Canadians.
Our 2016 Canada House at Reeperbahn was a great success, with Canadian Blast having mounted a trade mission with 16 Canadian companies and 24 acts showcasing artists. What were the results? Our participating companies met with 1071 new and existing contacts, held 541 meetings and started/finalized 109 deals. We’re currently looking for bands/artists that can showcase at this year’s Canada House, so here’s your chance!
Please note this application is open to partner hosts as well.
Details: If you are applying for showcases, you will not be charged. If you are accepted the presenter of the showcase will be charged (ie. A provincial host partner of CIMA's). Please note that each artist must have a business representative. Companies interested in participating in just the business portion of this mission (no showcasing artist) will be invoiced once this application is complete.
Pre-Event/Showcase in Berlin: We will also be having a small pre-Reeperbahn showcase and biz event in Berlin on the 19th. On the form please let us know if your Reeperbahn artist is interested in applying for that as well. All biz participants are invited to attend the business events in Berlin.
