“How On Earth Do I Tackle The World Music Festival Scene?” Professional Development Session
CIMA, in collaboration with Mundial Montreal, will be bringing its business mission to the World Music Expo (WOMEX) from October 19-23, 2016 in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain.
CIMA and Mundial Montreal will be holding a professional development session at the end of this month on how to tackle WOMEX and other world music festivals. The session will be given by Derek Andrews, Artistic Director of Mundial Montreal, and will include an orientation, advice and a Q&A segment.
Andrew's session “How On Earth Do I Tackle The World Music Festival Scene?” is recommended to anyone wishing to join the CIMA initiative at WOMEX this year, or in the future, as well as anyone with an interest in World music.
The session will take place at the Lula Lounge (1585 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6J 1T9) on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 1:00PM-3:00PM.
