Changes Coming To CIMA's Newsletter...
We're excited to announce some changes we'll be making to our newsletter communications, effective February 25, 2015.
What's changing?
CIMA's weekly newsletter:
Our regular weekly newsletter, which you can still subscribe to by clicking here, will now be focused on CIMA news, advocacy and lobbying, and industry news. It will continue to be sent out on Wednesday afternoons, and you can still submit information/stories by emailing Lisa Fiorilli, Research & Communications Coordinator, at lisa@cimamusic.ca.
NEW - Music Export Canada newsletter:
For event related news, we're excited to unveil the Music Export Canada Newsletter - a newsletter that will be focused on providing information relating to events and exports - whether that comes in the form of showcasing opportunities, international and domestic conferences and festivals, trade missions, success stories, etc.
This Music Export Canada newsletter will include information from CIMA and all Music Export Canada partners in Canada, making this newsletter a one-stop-shop for event and exporting opportunities. The newsletter will be a great way to get information on upcoming opportunities from these organizations: ADISQ, Alberta Music, Canadian Music Week, CIMA, East Coast Music Association, M for Montreal, Manitoba Music, Musicaction, Music Managers Forum, Music BC, Music NB, Music Nova Scotia, Music NL, Music NWT, MusicOntario, Music PEI, Music Yukon, SaskMusic and SOCAN.
This newsletter will be sent out every 2 weeks, and if you've already subscribed to our newsletter communications, you'll begin receiving this newsletter in addition to the weekly CIMA newsletter.
Send us your thoughts on the new newsletter! We are always interested to hear what you think!
Please note - If, depending on your needs, you'd like to only receive one of these newsletters, please get in touch with Lisa at lisa@cimamusic.ca and she can assist you with tailoring your communication preferences.
This newsletter is made possible through contributions from the Government of Canada's Department of Canadian Heritage.
