CIMA Returns to Los Angeles this November for the LA Sync Mission
CIMA is excited to reveal the list of companies and artists who will be accompanying us on our Los Angeles Sync Mission this November.
This is the third sync mission that CIMA has staged and will aim to connect the Canadian independent music industry to sync opportunities in film, television and streaming media in the US. The mission will span over three-days and will help to build and facilitate relationships with American music supervisors (through the Guild of Music Supervisors).
Events will kick off with a welcome dinner and reception for the Canadian delegates followed by three days of songwriting workshops for participating Canadian Blast artists, meetings, pitch sessions, networking receptions and a Canadian Blast showcase.
The Canadian Blast showcase will take place at Hotel Café on Wednesday, Nov 6, and will feature 5 Canadian artists: Iskwe, Ocie Elliott, Zanski and Zaki Ibrahim.
The Canadian companies joining the Music Export Canada mission will be: Alma Records, Blue Heron Music, Cadence Music Group, CLK Creative Works, Cordova Bay Entertainment Group, Dine Alone Records, Hyvetown Music, Laughing Heart Music, Red Brick Songs, Six ShooterRecords and True North Records/Linus Entertainment.
