Music Company Development and Music Futures Streams
OMF Music Company Development 2019-20
The Music Company Development stream encourages investment and builds competitive, sustainable Ontario-based music companies. Funding is provided to support new or expanded business activities, including strategic business and market development.

OMF Music Futures 2019-20
The Music Futures stream stimulates entrepreneurship and provides support to develop Ontario’s diverse and emerging music industry. Support includes business mentoring, skills development and working capital to expand emerging/high potential music companies and artist entrepreneurs’ recording, touring or A&R (artist and repertoire) capacity.
Eligible Domestic Record Labels, Artist–Entrepreneurs, Music Managers and Music Publishers must apply to the April 2019 deadline:

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit applications in advance of the program deadline date. All applications must be submitted via the Ontario Creates Online Application Portal (OAP).
Information Sessions
Interested Record Labels, Artist–Entrepreneurs, Music Managers and Music Publishers are strongly encouraged to attend an upcoming OMF Information Session as new information around important program refinements will be communicated. Please complete the online registration form by 5:00 pm on the day prior to the Information Session. Unregistered guests will only be accepted if space permits.
*Note: Access to these webinars are limited. Priority will be given to persons with accessibility challenges, and registrants outside of the GTA. Online information session participants will receive an invitation via email with a link and password to login and will be able to call in via conference call during the session.
If you are interested in attending an Ontario Creates Information Session but require it to be conducted in French please send a request to OMF@ontariocreates.ca by March 20, 2019 and arrangements will be made to schedule an additional session on an alternate date.
